Gary Shepherd is a civil engineer with extensive sales and engineering experience in the mid-Atlantic and southeastern regions of the U.S. As a part of the UGSI sales team, he is responsible for sales activities in Washington DC, Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Prior to joining UGSI Gary worked for Price Brothers for 19 years specializing in the Prestressed Concrete Cylinder Pipe (PCCP) market in the mid-Atlantic region. He also worked with Western Ash Company and the American Concrete Pipe Association. Gary graduated from Lowell Technological Institute with a BS in Civil Engineering.
