Chet Allen currently manages all sales activity for Underground Solutions in the states of Western Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Michigan and Ohio. Chet serves on the Board of Directors of the Ohio Horizontal Directional Drillers Association and is an active member of the Pennsylvania Rural Water Association. With over 16 years of experience in industrial technical sales and service, Chet has also served as Global Technical Service Manager and Sales Director for AGR International prior to joining UGSI. Chet also served as an Engineering Technician for the Department of Defense receiving Exemplary Achievement Commendations for his civilian service to our country. He holds a degree in Specialized Technology from Penn Technical Institute.
