Based in Kansas City, David Reuter manages sales activity for Underground Solutions in the states of Kansas, Missouri and Oklahoma. Prior to joining UGSI, David worked at Manhard Consulting LTD where he was a water and wastewater senior project manager for three years with client marketing, client service management and engineering responsibilities for municipal projects. With prior professional experience in the water industry as a project engineer (Shaw Engineering), municipal civil engineer (City of Wichita Falls, TX) and field construction engineer (Hensel Phelps,) David possesses strong depth and diversity in the water infrastructure field. David is a licensed professional engineer and holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Kansas.
