Fusible PVC™ has a much larger pull forces than the equivalent Certa-Lok™. These larger pull-forces allow Fusible PVC™ to be pulled in much longer lengths. The table below compares the safe pulling forces for Fusible PVC™ and Certa-Lok™.

Fusible PVC™ pipe systems require a smaller bore hole diameter than Certa-Lok™ pipe systems. A smaller bore-hole diameter means that there will be less back reaming, less drilling mud, and less spoil disposal. The following comparison illustrates these advantages.
